في النظام السابق (النظام المرن)، كان يُسمح أحيانًا بمرور بعض الشحنات حتى في حالة عدم كفاية الرصيد، على أن يتم تسوية المديونية لاحقًا.
ورغم أن هذا النظام كان يهدف إلى تسهيل العمليات ودعم التجار، إلا أنه أدى في بعض الحالات إلى:
- تراكم مديونيات غير مسددة
- تعطيل عمليات لاحقة
- ضغط مالي على المنظومة
- صعوبة في ضبط الحسابات بدقة
ولضمان العدالة والاستمرارية للجميع، كان من الضروري تطوير آلية أكثر انضباطًا.
✅ ما هو النظام الجديد؟
تم تطبيق سياسة:
💰 الرصيد الصفري (Zero Balance Policy)
بموجب هذا النظام:
- لن يتم السماح بمرور أي شحنة إذا كان الرصيد غير كافٍ لتغطية تكلفتها.
- لن يتم السماح بحدوث أي مديونية على الحساب.
- أي شحنة قد تؤدي إلى رصيد سالب سيتم إيقافها تلقائيًا حتى شحن الرصيد.
بمعنى أوضح:
لا يمكن أن يصبح الحساب بالسالب تحت أي ظرف.
📦 ماذا يحدث إذا كان الرصيد غير كافٍ؟
في حالة وجود شحنة ستؤدي إلى عجز في الرصيد:
- يتم إيقاف الشحنة مؤقتًا في فرع التوزيع.
- يتم إشعار التاجر عبر النظام.
- يتم استئناف الشحنة فور شحن الرصيد.
