Important Update: Automated Shipment Status & Wallet Updates

Starting July 7, 2026, we have launched a fully automated system for shipment status updates and wallet balance processing to eliminate delays and provide a faster, more reliable experience.

What’s New?

As soon as a shipment reaches the delivery branch and its status is recorded in our system, the following process happens automatically:

  • The shipment status is updated.
  • Eligible shipments are moved to Verification.
  • They remain in Verification for 48 hours.
  • After the verification period ends, the shipment amount is automatically added to your wallet balance.

These steps no longer rely on manual processing by our accounting team, ensuring faster and more consistent updates.

What Does the Accounting Team Do Now?

The accounting team’s role is now limited to reviewing payouts when funds are transferred to merchants, simply to verify that all automated transactions were processed correctly.

Working Days

This automated process applies on working days when delivery branches and couriers submit shipment updates.

On days when there are no operational updates from branches or couriers, new shipment statuses will be processed on the next working day.


This improvement is part of our ongoing effort to make our shipping process faster, reduce delays, and ensure merchants receive their updates and funds as quickly as possible.
