To ensure the long-term stability of our shipping operations and maintain a reliable financial system for all partners, we are officially implementing a new wallet management policy effective immediately.
π Why This Update?
Under our previous βflexibleβ system, shipments were sometimes allowed to proceed even when the account balance was insufficient, with the expectation that any outstanding amount would be settled later.
While this approach was designed to support merchants and keep operations moving smoothly, it unfortunately led in some cases to:
- Accumulated unpaid balances
- Operational delays
- Financial pressure on the system
- Difficulty maintaining accurate account records
To protect the integrity and sustainability of our platform, a more structured policy is now required.
π° What Is the New Policy?
We are introducing a:
Zero Balance Policy
Under this policy:
- No shipment will proceed if the available balance is insufficient to cover its cost.
- Negative balances will not be allowed under any circumstances.
- Any shipment that would result in a negative balance will be automatically paused.
In simple terms:
Account balances can never go below zero.
π¦ What Happens If the Balance Is Insufficient?
If a shipment would cause a balance deficit:
- The shipment will be temporarily paused at the distribution hub.
- A notification will be sent to the merchant.
- The shipment will resume immediately after the wallet is recharged.
